Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders placed after 2 pm (Eastern) will begin to process the next business day. 

There may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control. 

Shipping times depend on your location. Please understand that our shipping carriers quotes, but do not guarantee 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. 

Personalized (custom) orders can take 1-2 weeks to create and deliver (subject to change due to quantity) because they are made-to-order.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order or we can re-ship at your expense. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Some shipping carriers have limitations shipping to P.O. Boxes.

* WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS ONCE THEY ARE SHIPPED. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR LATE ORDERS (THESE ORDERS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED NOR REPLACED).

Local pickup at Peachtree Peddler's Mart (Georgia) may be available.  

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 7 business days. We will call, text or send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 12pm - 4pm on Saturdays and Sundays (unless other arrangements have been agreed upon). Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
